In this video we talk about the advantages of each, and how we used #3 gravel for 22 years on top of over 50 tri-axle loads of shale to build a solid base for our long rural driveway. But this year, we're trying 22 tons of 2B limestone as a top layer. Here are what we've discovered and the difference in price, look, and attributes.

We live in Northwestern PA and have around 70 Acres of Land, in the middle of family homestead land from more than 4 generations back. We have one daughter, one rescued Great Dane, and one cat. We enjoy working on our property and making improvements. We enjoy tractors, chainsaws, splitting firewood, rural living, and all purple collar life projects.
