What to Expect:
Teacher Training is a unique, dynamic, powerful and rewarding experience. You will deepen your knowledge of all that is yoga, especially the 26&2 Bikram method series. The program is led by experienced, senior teachers, trained by Bikram, and guest instructors covering a wide range of topics. Every aspect of our training is inspired by Sadhana’s core values of Community, Accessibility, Empowerment and Love! We want to equip you with the tools to share the joy of yoga with others and to deepen your connection to yourself.
