Case 79 : FINDINGS & DIAGNOSIS:
Parasternal short axis view is showing saddle shaped embolus at the bifurcation of pulmonary artery suggesting acute pulmonary embolism. Apical four chamber view is showing diffuse RV dysfunction with sparing of apex known as McConnell's sign which is specific for Acute pulmonary embolism.
