I thought I would start a new occasional series of "Stats Interlude" videos.
In this one I look at what times you might need to achieve at 5K, 10K and Half Marathon in order to have a good chance of breaking 3 hours for the marathon.
I compare the predictions from the McMillan Calculator, Jack Daniels VDOT and Age Graded tables with the actual times recorded by almost 4000 sub 3 UK marathoners since 2019 using data that can be found on Power of 10 and runbritainrankings.com
