Summon the Gainer 3 Description:
Besides highlighting the various users of the GZCL Method this third episode of the series was the perfect opportunity to play into the "illuminatty conspiracy" that is sometimes jokingly attributed to the method. I don't argue that the results are amazing based purely on the merits of the training principles, but rather the consistency and determination displayed by its users are amazing. In just three episodes the same people have been featured twice, sometimes three times, to convey this. While many people "program hop", especially through novice and intermediate training stages, the users of the GZCL method (and the training plans attributed) tend to remain under its umbrella into advanced stages of lifting. As training ages increases goals will change, for this purpose the method is flexible. And because of this already advanced lifters, capable of lifting great weights, can also be successful when coming into and training under these principles. The method is sound, based upon practical and scientific practices, and backed by the many out there making gains with them.
No conspiracy, supernatural, or otherwise needed to make progress like this… or is there?
While at school we are visited by a nice-looking man in a well-fitting suit. He is here to give a presentation on fitness. Our teacher has told us that the President has been advocating for everyone to get in better shape, to live an active and healthy life style, because it will make us and our country strong. The man, Mr. Wilson, tells us a bit more details about our bodies and demonstrates some exercises. “These pushups will make your muscles strong!” he says. Today Mr. Wilson also brought a film to show us. After his few demonstrations and some discussion with us where we got to ask and answer questions he had a fellow student “roll the tape” that was going to show us further exercises and what he called Exercise Science. The President’s speech on the importance of fitness was to be shown as well.
Except something very weird happened. The film started normally but was very quickly interrupted by something strange and in colors I had yet to see projected. It was hypnotic. There were men and women who were very strong, loud music, and much excitement as they lifted these heavy weights. Then these odd men interrupted and told stories of this secret training method that had much to do with pyramids- it seemed very mysterious, quite curious, but enticing. The film continued on with the President too calling for everyone to practice these sound training principles, he seemed quite attached to the number three. The loud music was fast and the weights kept flying up and by the end of the film all of us in the classroom were hypnotized, Mr. Wilson and our teacher included. Looking back I sometimes wonder if that was the movie Mr. Wilson intended to show, or if it was somehow corrupted. What about those interruptions with the pyramid stuff and those strange men?
Anyways, that’s when I started getting into physical fitness.
