Hello Everyone, In today's video I am going to show you how to make basic and fingerlicious Punjabi Kadhi Recipe. Anyone can make perfect kadhi with this recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1 kg Yogurt
½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
50g gram flour
1 litre water
1 tsp Salt

For Fritters

100g Gram flour
Some chopped onion
Some chopped green chillies
2 pinches turmeric powder
¼ tsp Red chilli powder
¼ tsp Salt
3-4 pinches baking soda
Water as needed
Mustard oil for frying

For Tadka

3 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp Asafoetida
1 small sliced onion
Some curry leaves
2-3 dry red chilli
