20 sec - rest

10 knee pushups
Round 2:
15 sec - regular bounce
20 sec - rest
15 sec - jumping jacks
20 sec - rest
15 sec - regular bounce
20 sec - rest
15 knee pushups
**if the first circuit was too easy treat it as a warm up and complete the second circuit 3x total
