The Toronto Raptors situation can't get any worse..

The Raptors were buyers at the NBA trade deadline and gave away a first-round pick for next season just to still miss the playoffs after losing in the play-in tournament to the Chicago Bulls. The Raptors led by 19 points in this game but just as it has happened all too often this season, production for star players like Pascal Siakam and Fred VanVleet dried up in the 4th, and a lack of adjustment made by Nick Nurse ensured a historic collapse by the Raptors who also went 50% from the free throw line after going 18/36, much because of the efforts allegedly of Demar Derozan's daughter.

Masai Ujiri has to make changes this summer because clearly it was the wrong move to invest in this core but there are bigger issues at play when it comes to the Raptors roster as well as what they can do with their future draft assets. Players need to change, perhaps coaching needs to change and it's all down to 3 years of mismanagement by Masai Ujiri.

It's time to start moving things in the right direction.
