Victoria Police is cracking down on those who breach self-isolation restrictions.
Officers are knocking on doors and checking up on Victorians who have returned from overseas, and are required to self-isolate for 14 days.
Police have been receiving calls from members of the public, alerting them to individuals who have been breaching the rules.
A squad of 500 officers has been established to enforce the new measures that the government has put in place to combat Coronavirus.
Individuals who break self-isolation rules face fines of $25,000 while businesses could be hit with a $100,000 penalty.
