We are always taught to pre-book clients before they leave the salon! The idea is that, they are more likely to come back, if they have an appointment already not he books. This works for a lot of people but have you noticed there are some frustrating downsides to this? One being many just don't show up causing you frustration and loss of revenue... So In this video I go over who this strategy may not be right for and what to try instead!

When I stopped pre-booking clients the traditional way at the salon, I virtually eliminated no shows AND cancellations/reschedules! AND I retained the most LOYAL clients!
