Hi guys!
I'm sharing with one of my favorite dishes, Haitian spaghetti. This dish usually eaten as breakfast, also supper. It is very quick and easy to make. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
1 box spaghettini
Salami or sausage
1 green scallion
Smoked herring
3 garlic clove
2 tsp salt
1 tbs olive oil
1 red bell pepper
1 cup green bell pepper
1 cup orange bell pepper
1 cup yellow bell pepper
1 medium yellow onion
1/2 purple onion
Fresh thyme
Fresh parsley
4 tbs olive oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp epis
2 cups pasta water set aside
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp bitter orange juice
1 tbsp creole seasoning
