This is part 2 of raw video footage filmed at the Kivalina relocation meeting in the early 2000s. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the logistics surrounding the village relocation efforts. This was followed by raw footage taken at the Kotzebue Trade Fair that included traditional Eskimo dancing and the butchering of a seal.
