This guided Co2 table is designed to improve your Co2 tolerance and optimize your everyday breathing. Both freedivers and non-freedivers will benefit from this training. The exercise consists of a series of 30 second breath holds, with decreasing rest time in between holds. This allows Co2 to gradually build up in our body. In between breath-holds, it is advised to practice deep diaphragmatic breathing in and out of the nose. It is helpful to place one hand on the chest and one hand on the belly, you should feel only the belly rise.
