Here's a reactive agility drill I use for team sport athletes.
There are 4 cones on 10mx10m grid with a 5th cone in the middle. The athlete starts on a corner and has to run the cones that the coach calls out. This is a great variation because it allows all type of step variations from steps, cuts, 180 turns and crossovers.
