This is a body weight workout taken from one of our previous "Get Fit" Challenges. This is a body weight workout you can do on virtually any stair case. I'm not a fan of the gym so I try to find exercises and training I can do in average places outside.
The exercises performed in this Stair set circuit are exercises taken from parkour and our soccer training. This is a full body workout so you are going to develop your core, legs, and upperbody all at the same time. You will also develop balance, coordination and some cardio if you go at a good pace.
