Who are you?
I’m Chinese-Indonesian from Malang, Indonesia which living in Taiwan for study. I was sick of emotional eating and almost got anorexia in the past years which I tried many different unhealthy diet before. Until I started to be fit & healthy as possible and It has changed my life. I never skipped any meal anymore and I'll make sure that I eat enough nutrients for your body.
