Both Banana and French Fry have developed terminal cancers - Banana has a pituitary gland tumor that is non-responsive to meds, and French Fry has a zymbals gland tumor which can't be treated with anything other than radiation therapy, something which is difficult to find for small animals like rats, and so she is also on palliative care.
