I'm blown away by this DeWalt string trimmer or weed eater, it's whack (bad pun intended)! I've been drooling over DeWalt's 60v (54v) tools for a long time, but I have never gotten around to buying one. I have a lot of 20v (18v) tools, and the batteries always seemed pretty expensive!
Luckily (?) my old string trimmer died on me, so I had to get a new one either way. So a perfect opportunity to pick up one of the best cordless tools I've bought to date! My choice landed on the heavy duty electric DCM571, using the flexvolt battery from DeWalt. It has a string head and a blade for medium weeds and smaller bushes.
