In this weeks video I show you how (even with a stupidly large sized bag of paddlepop sticks), you only have to spend a very small amount to get the basic tools and materials to build up some really great wargaming terrain. All the terrain building tutorials on my channel so far have used only a small handful of tools and materials, which can all be readily found at local craft/hobby/dollar stores, I'll cover everything I used to make the terrain you can see in this video, and throughout my previous videos. The tips in this episode will hopefully show that whether you're wanting a couple of terrain items to put on the shelf next to your minis, or getting started on a new battlefield, you don't have to throw a lot of money at this problem to get some really effective terrain pieces and get started. I don't cover painting in this video, as it probably deserves it's own video, but most of my terrain pieces are painted with cheap craft paints and cheaper brushes, with the odd exception here and there as needed. But this really shouldn't deter anyone from getting started, as you can see in my videos, even bad painting looks pretty good. Don't forget to check out some of the other amazing youtube creators out there for ideas.
