TODAY'S RECIPE IS Sabudana Kheer Recipe | Sago Payasam Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Tapioca/ sabudana 1/4 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Soak for 30 mins & washed well
Milk 3 cup
Soaked tapioca/sabudana
Bring it to a boil
Cardamom powder 1/4 cup
Pinch of Saffron
Chopped nuts 2 tbsp
Stir occasionally
Cook until transparent the tapioca/sabudana
Sugar 1/4 cup
Cook for 8-10 mins
Thick consistency
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
