To perform the Kbands Extended Speed Skaters athletes will need a set of Kbands Leg Resistance Bands attached just above their knees and two Speed and Agility Cones placed at a challenging distance from each other. Athletes will line up at one cone, raise their inside leg off the ground, and powerfully jump to the opposite cone. In mid air athletes will switch legs so they land on their opposite foot. Athletes will continue to jump back and forth between the cones for 30 seconds before taking 30 seconds of recovery. Complete 6 resisted sets of the exercise. Athletes can remove the Kbands Leg Resistance Bands and perform an optional 30 second unresisted set of the drill following all resisted sets.
