While waiting to board my Acela Express train back home after a wonderful Washington DC trip, I decided to record the automated announcements in the concourse of Washington Union Station. I was able to catch several Amtrak Announcements and 2 Acela Express boarding announcements for Amtrak Acela Express Train 2164. The announcement voice used is AT&T Crystal, which has been used for over a decade now at Union Station, with some minor pronunciation changes over the years. Fun fact, when I took my first trip to Washington DC in 2009, AT&T Crystal was doing the announcements back then. The announcement list and timestamps are below.
