INGREDIENTS
Some ginger root(s)
1. Peel ginger root. (Easy method shown in video)
2. Grate the ginger.
3. Spread the grated ginger on a plate. (Plate should be heat-proof)
4. Dry completely in the sun for 2-3 days or until completely dried without any moisture left.
5. Transfer the dried ginger pieces into a food processor/ grinder & grind until powdered.
6. Then transfer the ground ginger into an airtight container.
7. Store in a cool dry place. (I stored in the refrigerator)
NOTES
*Do not let any water or moisture get into the ginger while drying, if there is, you'll end up with a paste-y consistency instead of a powder.
