different dishes from all over the internet
You will need:
🧀150 ml of milk (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons)
🧀1 teaspoon of yeast
🧀1 tsp sugar
🧀300 gr flour (~2 cups of flour and remove 2 tablespoons from this amount)
🧀1 egg + 1 yolk
🧀1 tsp salt
🧀2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil + for lubricating the form 🧀300 gr of suluguni cheese.
Cooking method:
1. Add yeast and sugar to a little warm milk, wait a couple of minutes🥛
2. Sift the flour, add salt and an egg to it. Then pour in the mixture of milk, yeast and sugar🥣
3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes - it will be quite sticky. Cover it with a towel and leave it for at least 1 hour👋🏻
4. We rub the suluguni cheese and from most of it (leave a little for later for sprinkling) we form a ball with our hands👩🏻🍳
5. Lightly knead the risen dough with your hands and roll it out. We put a ball of cheese in the middle and collect the dough as if in a bag, pinching the edges from above. We put it with the seam down and roll it out again to a thickness of 0.8-1 cm (I advise you to immediately roll it out on parchment paper or grease the baking sheet with oil in advance)🥖
6. Lubricate the future khachapuri with yolk, sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for 11-13 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with butter

Yeeeee, done ❤️
