Welcome to Young Onset PD Circuit Training with Elena Eddington! During today's class, Elena leads you through 4 challenging circuits to improve your balance, cardio, and strength and help you manage the symptoms of Parkinson's. Today's class is specifically designed for those with Young Onset PD and includes exercises that require getting on and off the floor and standing for long periods of time.
