Lie face down and rest your forehead on a towel keeping your neck in neutral. Place your arms in a W position resting on a bed. Draw your shoulders away from the bed and lift your hands a few centimetres. Take the pressure off your forehead keeping your chin tucked. This is an activation exercise for the posterior rotator cuff, middle and lower trapezius and serratus anterior muscles.
