आज 13 का नंबर किसके लिए शुभ होगा, बीजेपी या कांग्रेस? आज 13 तारीख है और 13 सीटों के परिणाम घोषित होने जा रहे हैं, मतगणना जारी है. पश्चिम बंगाल, बिहार, मध्य प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड, पंजाब, हिमाचल प्रदेश और तमिलनाडु की 13 विधानसभा सीटों पर हुए उपचुनाव के नतीजे कुछ ही घंटों में आ जाएंगे. पश्चिम बंगाल की रायगंज, राणाघाट दक्षिण, बागदा और मानिकतला, उत्तराखंड में बद्रीनाथ और मंगलौर, पंजाब में जालंधर पश्चिम सीट, हिमाचल प्रदेश में देहरा, हमीरपुर और नालागढ़, बिहार में रूपौली, तमिलनाडु में विक्रवंदी, मध्य प्रदेश में अमरवाड़ा में उपचुनाव हुए थे. ये चुनाव परिणाम इस मायने भी खास हैं कि इन पर कई दिग्गजों की साख दांव पर लगी हुई है.
पीएम मोदी आज मुंबई दौरे पर आएंगे। यहां वह लगभग 29400 करोड़ रुपये की लागत वाली विभिन्न परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन शिलान्यास करेंगे। प्रधानमंत्री शाम करीब साढ़े पांच बजे मुंबई के गोरेगांव स्थित नेस्को प्रदर्शनी केंद्र पहुंचेंगे जहां वे सड़क रेलवे और बंदरगाह क्षेत्र से संबंधित कई परियोजनाओं का शुभारंभ करेंगे। इसके बाद शाम करीब सात बजे प्रधानमंत्री बांद्रा कुर्ला काम्प्लेक्स में आइएनएस टावर्स का उद्घाटन करेंगे।
पूरे देश में मानसूनी बारिश जारी है। पहाड़ी और पूर्वोत्तर के राज्यों में बारिश आसमान से आफत बनकर टूट रही है। उत्तराखंड के जोशीमठ में भूस्खलन के चलते बंद बदरीनाथ हाईवे 83 घंटे बाद खुल गया है। हाईवे बंद होने से लगभग साढ़े चार हजार यात्री जगह-जगह फंस गए थे। बिहार में बिजली गिरने से बीते 24 घंटे में 21 और लोगों की जान चली गई है। असम में बाढ़ की स्थिति में लगातार सुधार हो रहा है, लेकिन अभी भी 12 लाख से अधिक लोग प्रभावित हैं। देश के 23 राज्य में अलग-अलग स्थानों पर अगले पांच दिन भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश होने की संभावना है और मौसम विभाग ने रेड, ऑरेंज और यलो अलर्ट जारी किए हैं।

PM Modi will visit Mumbai today. Here he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of various projects costing about Rs 29400 crore. The Prime Minister will reach the NESCO Exhibition Center in Goregaon, Mumbai at around 5.30 pm where he will launch several projects related to road, railway and port sector. After this, at around 7 pm, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the INS Towers at Bandra Kurla Complex.
