Parts of this method have been shown on Steve Rinella’s MeatEater, but this shows an in depth process.
This method can be used for any duck, but I would recommend it primarily for puddle ducks such as Mallards, Black Ducks, Wood Ducks, Widgeon, Gadwall, Teal, and Pintail.
