Fill up the day with some of this delicious guacamole. Cheers if you get your avocados under $1. I was able to get mine for $.59. This recipe calls for no tomatoes, though, it can be added. Red onion is definitely the choice onion for this, I feel. Hope your results turn out well :)

Ingredients:

2 Avocados
3/4" (inch) patty or section of a Red Onion
6-8 Sprigs Cilantro, chopped
1 Jalapeno, minced
2 tsp Lime Juice, fresh
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt, (+ or - a little)
Dash Black Pepper

As I point out at the end of the video, results aren't always perfect, so adjust! :) I concede that my batch needed about 1/4 tsp more salt or so and needed a tad less cilantro and a little more red onion. It all depends on your ingredients, so in the end, just go by your palate until you refine your favorite guac. This will serve like the fundamentals.
