Your leg muscles form the foundation of your body. With stronger legs, not only will you be able to squat and deadlift heavy weights. But you will also have a stronger base while performing compound upper body exercises. Developing the legs is not always easy. If I look at myself, I always have struggled with building my legs up.
Despite squatting decent weights, my leg muscles just wouldn’t develop at the desired rate. Fast forward some years, my leg muscles still aren’t super special or anything like that. But the muscle growth progress and strength development has improved a lot for a natural trainee. And this progress has mostly occurred due to having a more effectively designed legs training approach.
So in today’s video, I will share my science-based strategies through which you can also effectively train your legs. I will discuss 5 simple steps for designing an effective legs training routine. At the end of this video, I will package these 5 steps into a simple workout that you can actually apply.
