An Amber Alert for five missing children out of Tomball, Texas was lifted after all of the children were found safe in Louisiana.
One of the children was found with Zaikiya Duncan, the children’s biological mother, and Jova Terrell, Duncan’s boyfriend. The other children were located at a relative’s house. Duncan and Terrell are in now in custody and will be returned to Texas to face charges.
The amber alert was first issued after twin 16-year-old children said they escaped their home where they were allegedly handcuffed.
