Today's Pole Trick Tuesday Tutorial is such an important foundation to pole tricks! Finding the right muscle groups and practise practise practise, will make this nemesis back down.
Lol, on a side note.... In the tutorial I use the word 'shoulder shrug'. It is in fact a reverse shoulder shrug variation. Not sure how I screwed that up, my bad. Basically, it is engaging your traps and upper lats, activating those muscles in order to lift your body up.
