Katie took part in another club competition which this time was just Floor & Vault. The vault was just Handstand Flat backs due to the different ability levels. Surprisingly Katie took Gold over the Gymnast that did a 'Proper' vault but on the day Katie's Handstand Flat back was better than the other Gymnasts attempt at 'Proper' vault. We were so surprised and you can see the other Gymnast and Katie were too at the medal presentation! Well Done to all that took part. As ever we're so proud of Katie. She has only been doing Gymnastics since September 2015 and started very late in life (Aged almost 13!) So is automatically at a disadvantage but she puts her All into her passion for Gymnastics.
