We continue our Simply Sicín Series with this delicious, Sweet Chilli #chickenrecipes . To make it happen follow these simple steps.
Ingredients:
1. Chicken breasts
2. 25g Corn flour
3. 1tsp Smoked paprika
4. Salt
5. Pepper
For the sweet chilli sauce:
1. 35ml Light soy sauce
2. 60ml Sweet chili sauce
3. 35ml Sriracha
4. 15g Garlic (2 cloves)
5. 15g Ginger
6. 20g Honey
Method:
1. First, mix the corn flour, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken breasts in the flour mixture until fully coated.
2. Bake the chicken until the outside is crispy and the inside is cooked.
3. While the chicken bakes, make the sweet chilli sauce by mixing light soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, Sriracha, garlic, ginger, and a little honey. Stir it all together until well combined.
4. Once the chicken is baking, brush or toss it with the sweet chilli sauce. You can also serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
