Beans are cheap, delicious, and packed with fiber and nutrients. But many people avoid them because of bloating and gas. Here are some tricks to make them easier to digest.
Soak them overnight - this process removes some of the gas-producing carbohydrates and lectins
Pressure cook them - this removes much of the oligosaccharides (a type of sugar)
Buy them in a tin or a jar - they are already cooked and soaked
