Effective leaders have Emotional Intelligence, or EQ. They can manage their own emotions, as well as recognize and appreciate other people’s needs, concerns, and strengths. EQ key to our ability to communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict. EQ also helps us build stronger relationships at work and at home.
