This was a really enjoyable interview to do with Daniel Rama and Sarah Bonsall. If you are active on social media you will know them as Rama and Shakti Bird. They are full of enthusiasm, joy and knowledge and to me represent the growing movement towards a more complete approach towards a sustainable body and mind. Appreciating that as a physical component to health and wellness, traditional yoga is not a completely balanced system. There is great interest nowadays in assimilating ideas from other movement practices into yoga, and they seem to be approaching this in a very sensible way.
We chat about their inspirations, methodology, the importance of moving from a position of strength and stability, approaching what you do from a place of curiosity and joyfulness.
