How does red wine affect our bodies?
Is drinking alcohol in moderate doses any alcohol - not just in red wine - good for longevity and health?
This will probably surprise you.
Today, we’ll explore 'what happens inside our bodies when we drink red wine. How it affects our longevity and youth.
And whether alcohol has to do with this impact....
This video is part of our investigation into resveratrol.
It started with the shocking discovery in Doctor David Sinclair’s own study, that showed that low resveratrol worked better for longevity than high resveratrol.
It was a complete shock to me as I’ve been taking 1 gram of resveratrol on alternate days for 3 years.
Since then, I’ve gone over 200 studies over resveratrol and I’m here to tell that it’s far more powerful and complex than I ever imagined.
Today, we’ll continue in our investigation with another fascinating study answering the following questions:
1. Is there additional evidence supporting what we’ve discovered in Dr David Sinclair’s study - that low resveratrol is effective for longevity, not just in mice, but in humans?
2. Do we even have longevity studies in humans with low resveratrol?
We need to figure this one out. Because this matters the most.
