Can't believe how fast this past week flew by and now it's time for another week of meal planning. This is our family's meal plan and weekly grocery haul. I hope you guys get some ideas that may encourage you to meal plan, I know it sure helps me when I do.

Big Mac Attack recipe;

Fruit Dip recipe;
-8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
-7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients and serve with strawberries, pineapple spears, grapes, and honeydew melon.
Thai Coconut Red Curry recipe
-2 to 3 pounds chicken breast cut into cubes and marinated in Thai Coconut Marinade for 6 hours.
-1 tablespoon peanut oil
-1 large garlic clove minced
-1 1/2 teaspoons minced ginger
-1 tablespoons Kitchen Curry Red Paste
-11 oz Thai Red Curry Sauce (Trader Joe's)
-13.5 oz Coconut Milk
Heat oil in frying pan; add garlic, ginger and curry paste; cook for 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook for 10-15 minutes. Add Thai Red Curry Sauce and coconut milk; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
I serve with steamed rice and stir fried veggies
