Ingredient
200 gm Chocolate
100 gm Whipping Cream
300 gm Whipping Cream
50 gm Butter
3 Eggs
1/4th Cup Powder Sugar
1/4th Tsp Vanilla Essence
Method
# Eggless chocolate mousse #
Chop 200 gm bar of chocolate. Set a double boiler, put chocolate into a bowl and melt the chocolate. Add 100 gm whipping cream and stir it.

Whip 300 gm of whipping cream and add it to melted chocolate mix.

Use piping bag and pipe the mixture nicely into a glass. Refrigerate it for 2 hours.

Serve it with fresh cream.

Chop 200 gm bar of chocolate. Set a double boiler, put chocolate into a bowl and melt the chocolate. Add 50 gm unsalted butter and stir it.

Separate Egg yolk and egg white. Whip egg white with 1/4th cup of powdered sugar till it attains stiff peak stage.

Add egg yolks to chocolate mix and add it to whipped egg white.

Pour it in glass and refrigerate for 6 hours.

Garnish using white chocolate.
