Cucumber salad with Wakame
- Cucumber 1/4-1
- Dried Wakame 2-3 g
- Salt 1/2 Tsp
- Ponzu 1 Tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 Tsp
- Roasted Sesame 1-2 Tbsp
Cucmber salad with garlic & ginger
- Cucumber 1/4-1
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ginger small piece
- Soy sauce 2 Tsp
- Sesame oil 2 Tsp
- Roasted Sesame a pinch
Stirfried Cucumber with minced pork
- Cucumber 1/4-1
- Minced pork 150 g
- Ginger small piece
- Soy sauce 2 Tsp
- Sesame oil 1 Tsp
- Water 2-3 Tbsp
- Starch 1 Tsp
