Special Yoga Exercises for your Back and Legs
In this video, I will begin by doing a "butterfly" pose. This exercise benefits your legs. From there, I will do a "seated straddle" pose. This will help stretch your legs and back, as well as your torso. Then, I will go back to doing the "butterfly" pose. Next, I will do a "revolved sundial" pose. This will really stretch your legs. From there, I will do a variation of the "butterfly" pose. I will push my hips forward and tilt my head backward. This will arch your back. This benefits and stretches your back and legs. Next, I will do a "garland" pose. Then, I will go back to doing the variation of the "butterfly" pose again. The last exercise will be a basic "hero" pose. I will do some simple cool down exercises with special breathing techniques to help your mind and body at the end of the exercise routine.
