This is a really refreshing drink that's perfect for springtime or summertime celebrations. Ingredients
10 mint leaves
½ ounce simple syrup
2.5 ounces bourbon
Crushed Ice
Tonic Water
mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
In a rocks glass or Julep cup, gently press the mint into the syrup with a muddler.
Then add the bourbon and fill the glass with crushed ice.
Top with a splash of tonic water and a mint sprig for garnish.
