As runners we want to be running and sometimes forget there is a little more to it. We need to make sure our feet are up to it and can keep on running the next run. To make sure you can do this you need to be doing strength training exercises for your feet. These exercises can help you prevent injury and make you a stronger runner.
So today I want to give you some very simple to do exercises that can make you stronger as a runner, help you get better and faster and prevent you from getting injured.
