After telling journalists he would return after the mess had been cleared up, he then said: "This has nothing to do with football."

Later in the day, Blatter held a press conference, and during that event the FIFA president was interrupted by an intruder, who showered the Swiss power-broker with fake dollar bills.
The stunt was executed by English comedian Lee Nelson.
FIFA are currently engulfed in a major corruption scandal which has forced Blatter to resign from his position.
"Where is my security, where is my security?" Blatter asks, as a prankster confronts him and throws money bills in his face.

The 79-year-old was about to give details of a special election for a new president when he was interrupted.
The press conference was halted for a few minutes while the paper was cleaned up before Blatter returned.
