People are so used to regular 2D UMAPs now that they aren't that impressive. Even regular 3D UMAPs are kind of boring. Instead, make people think you are good at bioinformatics by making your UMAPs 3D and spinning. Throw one of these in your presentation and gain instant respect.
I show how to do this using output from seurat and scanpy. But you need to know python too.
