Special Counsel John Durham’s report into the FBI’s controversial ‘Crossfire Hurricane’ investigation “vindicates” Donald Trump from the Russiagate hoax after it revealed the bureau’s $32 million probe was “seriously flawed”.
“Both the press and the FBI abandoned any semblance of professionalism and took up the cause with a vengeance,” former attorney general William Barr told Fox News.
“I think the real story here from the FBI’s perspective is what an abomination this so-called investigation was.
“If it wasn’t a witch hunt, it’s a damn good imitation of one.
“This is one of the greatest injustices done to a presidential candidate and a president and he was treated unfairly here, so he has been vindicated as far as Russiagate is concerned.”
