The team at Tuxedo No. 2 created this festive creamy cocktail, drawing inspiration from the Brandy Alexander and the North Star by Post Prohibition. Rich and chocolatey with a backnote of spice, namely cinnamon and anise.

INGREDIENTS
- 45mL Reposado Tequila (1½ oz)
- 30mL Creme de Cacao (1 oz)
- 30mL Heavy Cream (1 oz)
- 15mL Cinnamon Syrup (½ oz)
- Absinthe Rinse
METHOD
1. Combine all the ingredients except the absinthe into your cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice for 12-15 seconds
3. Strain into a chilled, absinthe rinsed cocktail glass
4. Garnish with a star anise
