This is residential freehold property in heart of Slough. This property can be bought using MDR (multiple dwellings relief) which is a stamp duty mitigation strategy which can be used on this deal.)
Case Study #2 (4:19): A Roof space and basement development In E17
Cracking airspace and basement development opportunity in Walthamstow, E17. The building in question is ugly. The panel discusses how simple beautification can enhance value. Also how key facts aren't in the catalogue description, but buried in the special conditions.
Case Study #3 (9:34): Freehold Mixed Used Opportunity, Gravesend, Kent
Two flats, a commercial unit and a development plot on the side. This property has plenty of angles and opportunities. Also it has two flats rented out which gives an income while you secure planning permission for redevelopment
Case Study #4 (13:17): Freehold, Mixed use, yield play in Brixton
Shop with uppers fully let achieving interesting yields, with opportunity for rent review uplift for the commercial unit. Also highlights importance of doing your research. This lot was previously on sale at an earlier sale and did not sale. It is being re-offered at a reduced price. But why?
Case Study #5: (17:28) Mixed Use by The Sea. Worth A Punt?
A bit of a wild card. A risky play but could be interesting as part of a SASS pension play.
