Bench pressing my bodyweight of 145 lbs for the maximum number of reps which was 30. Each successful rep means a 30 second deduction in your 5K time. Got an unofficial time of 22:57 in the 5K. Looks like the bar only has 135 lbs but there are 5 lbs plates on each side. Looks like I had a muscle imbalance especially with my right arm.
